Reform at Last

Reform for women was finally happening and it had an exceptional impact on the future of the American woman.
"A sense of justice will no doubt, in the course of a few years, secure to married women their separate property, in every state in the union."-New York Times, 1855
Women were happy to get reform out of their fighting
After the Declaration of Sentiments and other important acts:
  • women and men finally succeeded in creating awareness and change for women's rights in marriage
  • New laws were created in favor of women
  • the general respect men had for women increased

Women were no longer being put down or forgotten as important beings.
